Bridge the Gap:
Student Scholarships

Give a scholarship of $12,000 today!

ICA Cristo Rey Academy is an independent, Catholic college preparatory high school that has a steadfast commitment to ensuring that no student is ever turned away due to financial constraints. As a result, some families contribute
as little as $500 per year towards tuition, with the average amount being $1,700.

Given that the cost of educating each student is $27,000 for the 2024-25 academic year,
we fund scholarships through donor contributions to help cover 47% of the cost of education, bridging the funding gap left after family contributions and our students' Corporate Work Study program earnings.

As a sponsor of a scholarship, you receive a profile and regular updates on the Superstar student you support and invites to exclusive events.

15 years of our Corporate Work Study Program

This year, we’re especially grateful as we celebrate 15 years in the Cristo Rey Network—a group of 40 career-focused, Catholic college preparatory schools with unique Corporate Work Study programs. ICA’s Corporate Work Study program builds our students’ skills, knowledge, and confidence to enable them to thrive in college and beyond. As a result of this innovative model, 100% of our Class of 2024 graduated with four years of professional work experience and is attending college, an extraordinary achievement given that 89% are first-generation college students.

Our Corporate Work Study program places all our students in entry-level corporate positions, where they work four days per month, giving them valuable experience in fields such as law, finance, tech and biotech, medicine, and education. The program supports our students through extensive initial training, an ongoing professional skill-building curriculum on campus, and dedicated mentorship to help them navigate workplace challenges and their continued growth. Some of our partner companies include UCSF Health, Salesforce, Genentech, Jones Day, Capital Group, and the Gap.
